Otis Instruments OI-6400 4-channel fixed gas non explosion-proof detector provides multi-point protection in less than 5 minutes – just plug it in, check the calibration and be protected! The OI-6400 can be used as a stand alone self contained monitor or used with remote sensing head(s) or be part of a transmitter in a larger system.

Available with Electro-Chemical (EC), Infrared (IR) or PID sensor elements. Sensors may be integrally mounted to the controller housing, or linked by up to 100 feet of wire to the system controller.    

OI-6400 systems are designed to provide continuous monitoring for a variety of common atmospheric hazards including oxygen deficiency and/or enrichment, combustible gases and vapors, and specific toxic contaminants such as:

Ammonia (NH3) Hydrogen Chloride (HCL)
Carbon monoxide (CO) Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN)
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S)
Chlorine (Cl2) Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2)
Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) Oxygen (O2)
Combustible gas (IR-LEL) Phosphine (PH3)
Hydrogen (H2) Sulfur dioxide (SO2)
PID sensors for VOC detection in a number of ranges

The the OI-6000K offers the flexibility to choose a single color strobe ((red, amber or blue) or LED Tri-Light alarm. Also includes an integrated 102 db dual-tone audio alarm,and a real time LCD readout…..all in a tough NEMA 4X housing.

Each OI-6400 system includes the specified sensors, controllers with standard alarms, relays and electronics installed in a non explosion-proof fiberglass housing.
